Dear M&T Bank. I hope this is seen at the corporate level. Bonuses should be paid to all employees of Peoples United who stayed on through this very disappointing and stressful merger. The tellers especially should be compensated for hazard pay. It is very scary for them, and for them to experience the anger and stress from numerous customers everyday as a result of your shortcomings is very detrimental to anyone's mental and emotional well-being.
