Every time I called to check my balance electronic system is just not helpful at all it tells me I have to wait and talk to someone or if I pay on my credit card I have to talk to someone to make a payment so basically I'm on the phone between 20 minutes to an hour they've met a lot of money off of my savings accounts and my checking account and I'm searching for a better bank because they are so pitiful that people rude they can't answer all the questions they're on their phone or they're eating take that to the bank
When I go I didn't have to wait long. Great service
