Very difficult time cashing in cd. Staff not knowledgeable of rules
Went into this branch to close my account after 17 years as a member (Wilmington Trust before buyout) due to customer service issues I had recently encountered. When I entered I told the teller at the front of my intention and she directed me to an employee sitting at a desk. I explained to her I wanted to close my account and took the necessary steps to do so.
