Let me start off with- i NEVER complain or write reviews- The teller who “helped” me seemed to enjoy giving me a hard time. She was uninformed and unpleasant from the minute i walked in. I called customer service number & then had to drive to a further location to receive assistance. She tried to tell me i would have to turn off my current active debit card in order to order a new one.. so i wouldnt have access to my funds for up to a week when i receive the new one?
