Called today to do a transfer (because I had trouble getting through to telephone banking). Anthony didn't listen to me prior to speaking over me and transferring to a teller to do a transfer that Anthony would later have to approve. The teller at the drive through is rude EVERY single time I use the drive through. Last time she told me I was wasting her time in the drive through because I could just use the ATM, but the amount I needed was higher than the ATM limit, she then proceeded to give me less than the amount I told her I needed and continued to berate me for using the drive through.
