Feels like friendly bank with helpful officers and they take time for you.
Very rude customer service. On 01/03/23, I went to this branch for a Cashier’s Check. One teller made it known that she was in a rush to leave and would not answer any questions. The other teller took a very long time addressing my need; when asked how long the process would take she made several rude remarks about how she had to find the form. Wanted to open an account, called that day and was told to come in any time before 5:30. Came in at 4:45 and the accounts lady said she only accepted appointments. Seemed like she was just being lazy instead of opening a quick savings account.
