I love this branch! I have been using M&T Bank for the past nine years and they are always entirely accommodating (I haven't lived in the US for the past four years and they still help ensure that I have everything I need), friendly, and professional! I love being recognised when I call them up to ask questions about my account, even though I haven't stepped foot in a physical location for about five years. Not planning on changing my bank ever!
