Excellent customer service. I got there right before closing. And the teller was able to solve my fraud problem with my card immediately. After bad experiences at other m&t banks before, it was great to get someone nice who knew how to do her job. If I knew her name I would put it on here, because in my opinion no matter what her position or pay is, she should be reviewed for a promotion, raise,bonus, whatever.
The customers are very rude, they will look at you like you did something wrong just because you look different.
This is great bank and staff is cooperative everyone I walk in. Having account here from last 2 years and a wonderful experience.
