Went in there today to cash a check issued by my boss the manager tall guy with blond hair and glasses is completely rude treated me like a criminal. I don’t know how m&t lets this man run this branch.

This bank has been a game changer for me! I love how easy their app is to use, and every time I've gone in, the staff has been super friendly and helpful. It's so refreshing to have a bank that actually cares about its customers!
