So tired of this bank, I had zero issues when it was peoples bank , I can’t ever deposit money and when I do there is always an issue , it ate 500 dollars of mine and the people who worked in the Salem location had the worst customer service & said there was no overage in the machine. Terrible work ethic , terrible bank.
Branch manager accused my wife of stealing from her mother when she went down to the branch to sort out a financial situation. Instead of listening to any information or history about the situation she made her leave the room and called her brother, further insinuating she was stealing. The behavior is abhorrent, it’s unprofessional and disgusting. I’ll never use the branch for anything.
Service was quick and curious
The worst bank I’ve never been to. Wouldn’t let me pay my loan. They also lost my money. When trying to speak with the manager about the situation she got extremely rude. She told me I was a lair. Then continued to lie to me to get me to leave without resolving anything or listening to my concerns.
