I’m staff working with blind person so he want stop by bank but he is upset that they closed by 4pm.. he told me that he sick of them alway closes early.. and he try get to here before closed.. they need change improve hours.. so they can give everyone have a time go to bank. They would closed every day 6pm not even 4pm mon to Thursday. So my customer blind said i not want to there ever again I want going other place if they open little late
They need more training, especially for business account. Today I try to deposit. Check for my business account and they can't figure out how to do that 20 minutes They made me wait and at the end the branch manager even didn't figure out how it works. I told them. I never had this kind of problem in Mt Auburn street Watertown MA,branch. They told me , "then why you are came here". It's so rude.
