I was in the Storrs branch recently, very nervous to ask for several years worth of statement copies. I knew it would be a time consuming task so I felt sorry for needing to ask. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming! Neil was the unlucky one having to help me but went way above and beyond. The staff and manager were very prompt in helping me with my problem and getting my appeal taken care of immediately. I could see that they were trying to get me my money back. It was appreciated.
