Went there for a personal loan and was absolutely blown away at the professionalism, knowledge, and friendliness of all the staff at this branch. Right in the door I met Christine who was very pleasant and had me take a seat while she finalized my loan paperwork. Then I met Deb, who double checked everything making sure I had all the documents I needed including the proceeds for my loan. Teller Sumeja Guster was very rude and dismissive.
Slowest bank I have ever seen!! And not too polite! Parking sucks as well…
Rude, condescending tellers. Was great when it was Peoples Bank now zero care or concern for customers or customer service.
M&T Bank bought out People's United, a bank I've been using for over 20 years. Shortly thereafter, they closed my local branch and told me I had to use a location that is about 15mins out of the way from my daily commute. Now they are closing THAT branch. But don't worry though, they told me I can use this branch which is 45 MINUTES AWAY FROM ME! But how long before they close this location? Now I have to go through the painful process of switching banks.
