Not a welcoming place to bank. The employees are emotionless, lacking basic educate and mannerisms. Simply an unprofessional place to bank.
This is the worst bank ever! Every time I go here they’re having some sort of issues with the “system” every single time. No seriously since moving to Groton in October their system has been having issues every single time I have been there. How is that even possible? The bank tellers are rude, there is one man that works there he is god awful has no customer service whatsoever. Terrible terrible M&T bank branch I will never walk in there again
Friendly people and very professional
The only reason I ever chose this bank for my company was the late hours they are open. They've since changed to regular and inconvenient 9-4 bank hours. They are run of the mill when it comes to banks, little different from others I worked with.
I can only rate this on my experience, and to me one of the tellers went over n beyond. I came in this branch, and some meeting was going on, and it looked like they were having a ball. Then I walked into the bank and was greeted. I was there cashing a check, and I asked the girl to look for the new woman quarters because I was collecting them.
