I'd give 0 stars besides being rude stay away because the banks dont have any money to cash any checks thats very scary to give a bank your money then you cant even access it. Anyone that has them should probably close their accounts and pull the money out

Not a welcoming place to bank. The employees are emotionless, lacking basic educate and mannerisms. Simply an unprofessional place to bank.
This is the worst bank ever! Every time I go here they’re having some sort of issues with the “system” every single time. No seriously since moving to Groton in October their system has been having issues every single time I have been there. How is that even possible? The bank tellers are rude, there is one man that works there he is god awful has no customer service whatsoever. Terrible terrible M&T bank branch I will never walk in there again
