I have a small business that I wanted to open a bank account for locally. I walked into the branch in person three weeks ago. I provided them all the documentation required to open an account and was told I’d hear back the following day from the branch manager Michelle. I never received a call back. Beware of this branch. They are not friendly and treat you like criminals if you have a hint of an accent. Michelle Cruz (I guess the branch manager, who never introduced herself, but felt obliged to interrogate my mother as to why she opened an account using the method offered by the bank) has taken steps to freeze my mother's account just because ... The worse bank ever. Never ever get a credit card from these bums. The local branch people are the best. To bad they don't own the Bank.

Love this Bank it still caters to the village. Its personable which is so lacking in today's life. I hope it stays like it is.
