The M&T Bank in Somers NY was extremely disappointing to deal with regarding their relationship/loan officers. From our recent experience I do not think they have handled many loans. From the beginning to the end the officers lack the knowledge and experience to review loans docs, financial documentation and basic tax returns. We had to even get our CPA involved to explain and review our tax returns which they were unable to understand the basic forms and schedules.
