Extremely frustrating experience handling my late father’s IRA with this bank. We were initially told beneficiaries were on the account, only to later find out they had never been added. From that point on, no one at the branch seemed to know how to handle the situation. We made multiple trips with our mother, including after probate with all required paperwork, and were repeatedly told they would “follow up” — but weeks went by with no communication. In this era where customer service is all but dead, I wanted to note that Licia Van Steenburgh (current Branch Manager), did a great job of resolving my issue (despite me being a tough customer) quickly and efficiently. She also took it upon herself to follow up the next day with a call and a proactive reversal of an erroneous charge on my acct, she save me the call or trip to the bank, and made me glad to know that there is still good customer service if you are lucky enough to deal with Licia (or likely others at her branc... read more
