Been going here for my entire life, and have nothing but great experience with the team in Chestnut Ridge. Even went with them for my business account because I trusted them so much.

Do not use M&T Bank. They reported a late payment on my credit report, which they acknowledged was a system error on this branch's end. Despite this, they refused to remove the late payment from my credit report. I had been a Manufacturers & Traders customer for over twenty years with a PERFECT payment history. I ultimately had to hire an attorney to remove the inaccurate information.
