Maintain the hours you say you'll be open! Got here before you closed at 7pm and everything was ready closed, some people need to access their bank and the reason we chose peoples united was because of the hours. Going to cancel my account tomorrow and move everything to a new bank. Business account and personal. M&T is garbage.
Review seen below was posted 4-years ago. M&T DIDN'T EVEN OWN THE BANK THEN, so it does not reflect the dip in service since takeover last year. Google should take it down, it's an impossible review. Must be a glitch.
Completely lied to me regarding a major problem within my account, resulting in a 19 day waiting period for the problem to be resolved. Absolutely ridiculous. Have never had a problem like this with any other branch. I will be going 20+ minutes out of my way for the sole purpose of avoiding this branch!
The telephone number says they are open til 7pm, I drove over 30 mins to get there, a sign says that they close at 5pm. They really should update their hours.
Went to this branch twice since changeover to MT. the hours posted on the website do not reflect when they are now currently open. The guy that was there couldn’t care less when I mentioned the hours, just said we are closed.
