Would not recommend this branch in the slightest. Teller line was always completely rude especially the woman with the ashy blonde hair and glasses. She has been there since it was People's. My card got hacked once and she gave me a form to fill out that they needed to remove the charges, as my debit card was never lost from my posession. She proceeded to tell me when I was done with the form that I needed to fax it myself instead of turning it into her. I have been a Peoples bank loyal customer for over 35 years. The Trumbull Branch has the most wonderful staff. They have always been friendly and go above and beyond being helpful.
