An absolutely terrible banking experience through and through. They have made it extremely challenging to close my account as I am trying to switch to a smaller bank that cares more about their customers. It feels like me and my money are being held hostage by this crappy bank.
Always a great experience at this location. Everyone here is always polite, friendly, and very helpful!
Horrible customer service. My deposit was put into a totally wrong account that was not even mine. Luckily I checked my balance before I left the plaza. When I went back in to the branch and the manager seemed bothered and had a horrible attitude. She seemed overwhelmed and not happy to be at work and talked down to her co workers. Worst location I’ve been to in CT.
