April 5th Went to use their ATM Not only did it eat my EBT Snap benefits card but either KHLOE/ADALISE Stole my $500 cash from the ATM or the bank did. Khloe gave me back my card after the atm ate my card and said there was no money in the machine. I disputed with DSS to try and retrieve my money but DSS denied it because the bank told them I have the money that I never received. They can check the cameras. sue is rude and condescending to people - little did she know ive been a business customer for years . thank god this isnt the stop and shop i frequent.

The new ATMs are great, when they work. They accept cash for instant access in your account. There are very few drive-up ATMs. Banks inside Stop & Shop are open til 7pm weekdays. Charges are high, comparable to most commercial banks. Phone wait times are reasonable.
Great bank, friendly and really helpful bank staff. Except for ONE lady. She's short, older, and just seems to be cranky and snappy literally almost every time I stop in. Not just to me, but to almost everyone else! Other than her, I still gotta give the rest of them 5 stars. I'm there 5 min. they're there all day dealing with that and cranky customers too! They earned it! Lol ;-)
