There is nothing like being made to feel like a criminal for wanting to withdraw cash from your own account. Received an interrogation and repeated threats of not being allowed the withdrawel by the bank "manager" Jodi unless I complied with her nonsense under the guise that it was all for my "protection." I can honestly say this is the worst bank I ever had! They were so much better when they were PEOPLE'S UNITED BANK! It is definitely time to switch institutions! They clearly don't care about Federal Americans With Disabilities Act!
Closing my account I've had it with this bank atm’s are constantly broken no matter what location you go to !!! I never had this problem when it was peoples united, every time it gets bought out everything just gets worse and worse
