I visited the M&T Bank branch located at 341 Broad Street, Manchester, CT, this afternoon with the intention of opening both a checking account and a savings account. Instead of being welcomed as a potential customer, I left feeling ignored, disrespected, and discriminated against. My friend and I are both women of color. This small local bank is the best . Very helpful and will help with anything we need.
If you need to do an international wire, go to a different branch. They don’t know how to do it. Big waste of time.
