We have banked at this branch for 20+ years and have always been treated very well. We've had our mortgage, credit & debit cards, CD's, and loans through this branch. If we ever had an issue it was resolved quickly. I would definitely recommend doing your banking here
Extremely slow!
I asked M&T to return my deposit on my Secured credit card and turn it into a unsecured credit card and raise my credit line and they told me that it's not the right time for them to do that. I have had this card for 8 months now and have diligently paid my monthly payments ahead of time and haven't missed a payment, I have had a Discover card for a month less than M&T and they returned my deposit and increased my credit line without me even asking them and also sent me a letter of appreciation.
