I walked in and was blatantly ignored by two employees. No greeting, no help, no acknowledgment. After filling out my paperwork and still standing at the empty desk while the employees have both moved into the vault without still so much as an acknowledgement; the lady finally turns around and says she’ll be with us in a minute without even a hint of a smile on her face. Earlier this year I lost my Dad 12 days shy of his 94th birthday-sad but he had a great run. Since then, as his trustee, I have had a myriad of things to attend to, some more difficult than others. However the easiest part of this experience has been working with People’s Bank in Smithtown and Mike Esposito. Mike is great to interact with and more importantly handled all issues promptly. Highly recommend this branch.
