I have been a loyal M&T customer since 2013, with my mortgage, deposits, and all banking through them, but my experience at this branch was unacceptable. I came in for a cash withdrawal, and instead of being helped, I was treated like a criminal by Aditi Pathak. From the start, she was incredibly rude, questioning why she "never sees me there" simply because I primarily use online banking. This is a new branch that merged with another bank and the service is excellent. Rob Donovan, the branch manager, is kind efficient and managed all my banking needs with a smile.
