M & T Bank Catonsville has really transform to a great and customer oriented branch. Thanks to the Leadership of Ms. Churchill and her staff. Such an incredible team with great turn around time.
Ms.Churchill is the ultimate professional she's very engaging and humble. Previously she worked at another branch and l followed her to her own branch because of her great customer service. She's an asset to M&T and they should be blessed to have such a dedicated employee. 😘
Have had the worst experiences in this branch, rude, unprofessional and make mistakes all the time. I will definitely be switching banks after today
