This location and M&T Bank is my favorite. The staff goes above and beyond to serve the community. The bank manager is also very polite and friendly. I highly recommend this location.

I'm very disappointed. I'm entry in this location at 3:26pm I try to deposit a check, I couldn't deposit because the date on the check. I don't have no problem with that then I ask for help to open an my online business account, the lady said is already late they close at 4:00 pm it was 3:36pm. I spoke Mister Tom E. Pope. I asked about to open my online business account. He said is no possible because will take 30 to 35 min. I think is poor customer service they was focused on the 4pm .
