M&T bank has closed all my accounts with no explanation effective 01/08/2025! I have a business checking, personal checking and savings. I also, had a business Visa. That was closed first (denied transactions) how embarrassing….. no hidden issues. I'm a brand new customer and just opened up a business account with M&T Whetstone Way in Baltimore. I was very nicely welcomed by Mr. Isaiah Nichols, he answered my questions and was a great help. Today he helped me out with my online banking and went above and beyond, even though the branch just closed. I hope to work with him on my business affairs in the future.
