Mr. Roy Song, the branch manager, and Ms. Sabrina Klunder , the vice president, are excellent in customer service (Mortgage). We got a timely response to our requests. They clearly explained the options. We felt that they really protected our interest.
I am feeling stupidly happy. Math is not my strong suit. It takes me a lot of time and energy when numbers are involved. I had a wonderful experience today at this branch. The tellers were incredibly helpful and kind. My husband and myself were there with our toddler son, Beauty is the name of the teller or representative that helped us—- she was very understanding and patient, took the time to answers all my questions, explained things I didn’t understand, and guided me to make choices that were best fit for our situation. She really went above and beyond of what was expected and I am so grateful. Thank you again for helping us today ❤️
i had gone to discuss on why my account was close and they told me to come back the next day because they were closing soon i went the next morning just for them to tell me they had closed my account without my knowledge and said they would mail me a check for my funds instead of giving it to me in cash at that moment now i’m stuck without a bank
