Where is the night deposit box?
I had an account with M&T, the Bethesda branch (4800Hampton Lane) for years. I moved to Florida in 2019. M&T does not have branches here. I thought the account had been closed. I discovered some months ago the account had money in it and that M&T had locked the account. When I contacted the branch they wanted everything short of finger prints since I could not come to Bethesda. Three weeks after sending the information requested, nothing. I called.
