I would like to thank Jessica at the Vergennes branch for being so helpful when I called yesterday 03/09/2023 & for calling me back about my business checking account before closing. I'm pretty sure I've been banking at peoples/M&T bank longer then Jessica has been working. So how is she supposed to know my voice? But she can refuse a long time customer help with her account? This is absolutely unacceptable! As a custumer & business owner I'm very disappointed and hope Jessica is retained ASAP!
Yikes The blond Vice President if you call her that definitely lets the title go to her head There’s a woman who blows her nose every two seconds with an attitude looks down on you They really need to sanitize there space better I never see them wipe down any surface all they do is eat I’m not sure about any of you but that’s not being a responsible person who’s supposed to be educated I don’t care if you guys get sick but I do care about my family
