When I googled M&T Harrison to get the phone number and saw the low rating, I had to put in my 2 cents. The customer service I’ve received has always been top notch! Go see for yourself.
It may be a small team but each individual holds the same core principles and values. The customer service is top-notch and you're always greeted with a smile. Where other branches may fail you, this branch will not.
People think just because they are part of a certain bank they are protected. Like the well known banks, Chase, Wells Fargo, Citizen. The truth is when you put your money into the bank there is a person there that opens the account for you. That is your bank.
