If I could leave zero stars I would. I’ve called twice now. Once on 5/8 and was told I would get a call back on 5/11. I called again on 5/13 and was told someone would call me back that day and nobody has. It’s not 5/15 and still no call back. Seems the management don’t seem to care. At this point they have stolen $1000 of my money, despite me providing details from another bank saying the funds have been withdrawn. Most difficult bank to work with. Biometrics on the phone need to be reset weekly, or just fail often. Daugher couldn't do a online transfer, we had to go into the branch. Bill pay does not show resent transactions. Can't add a new payee from the app. Just difficult to do anything on their mobile app. Oh, and their branch hours are very short. Who isn't open Saturday morning????
