Great customer service if you go in in the pm, good banking system and fraud alert
Terrible service. Was told I could wait to see someone to open a checking account, waited 45 minutes and wasted my lunch break, then was told they couldn't see me and the next appointment wasn't for another 3 hours.
Was happy with People’s United, but not so thrilled with M&T so far.
