I am known by the employees and actually get a very warm welcome every time I go in. They are all so friendly!
Worst bank I have ever been to. The manager is quite literally, NEVER present. I even asked an employee and she said she never sees him either. What is the manager even doing if he never shows up to the branch? I've been dealing with a fake fraud issue for over a month and it's still not resolved. I have proven repeatedly that there is no fraud and I am the one committing actions to my account. Yet they refuse to unlock my account. Friendly staff, excellent customer service. I always feel so welcomed and enjoy visiting this branch. The manager is very understanding and handles situations the best of his abilities, despite of the demanding customers.
