Worst bank I have ever been to. The manager is quite literally, NEVER present. I even asked an employee and she said she never sees him either. What is the manager even doing if he never shows up to the branch? I've been dealing with a fake fraud issue for over a month and it's still not resolved. I have proven repeatedly that there is no fraud and I am the one committing actions to my account. Yet they refuse to unlock my account. Friendly staff and quick service
Friendly staff, excellent customer service. I always feel so welcomed and enjoy visiting this branch. The manager is very understanding and handles situations the best of his abilities, despite of the demanding customers.
The tellers were very rude. Didn’t greet or care about the people waiting. There was no sign that states wait to open an account so besides waiting in the line for a long time, once I finally got to the counter (only two people working and taking their time) told me to sit down and wait very rudely. Walter Paz was very pleasant and helped my daughter open up her first bank account but the other ladies could use a class in customer service.
