Four people in line. Two where a couple, who where in the wrong line. OK! Lady comes from behind tellers booth. Sidebar, we all had been waiting patiently for several minutes. A lot of last minute business was being conducted. Not a problem. Its almost closing time , so I get that. Never had a problem with them they are so nice
I never gave a review on M&T bank although it is stated here that I did. I use to use the Catonsville branch, I use another branch now. I also took a large amount of my money out of this bank and placed it in my credit union. I used M&T for years and never earned interest. I put the bare minimum in this bank now
Called today to change my due date due to job and payday changes. My account is up to date, no late charges. I was told by the representative that I can only change my due date with a refinance. If I were to refinance, it WOULD NOT be with this company. I did not choose this company to begin with. My old lender sold out and unfortunately, this is what we have now. Zero stars.
