I was here a few weeks ago because i needed to resolve an issue and there was this lady trying to open up a bank account, she looked a bit disheveled and seemed to be surrferung from mental illness. But she was just there to ask about opening up a bank account but she didnt have an ID so they sent her on her way. Worst customer service iv ever seen from a bank. In the bank branch and their 800 number. Not to mention they are theives who dont communicate or defend customers while taking money out your account. Go to a credit union or somewhere else
