This branch specifically, I’d give 0 stars if I could. I went into the branch 2-3 weeks ago to do my name change after getting married and add my husband to my account. Everything was going well until the banker slid the paperwork for the name change across the counter and my “new name” on the account was my first name with my husbands middle name.. made her aware it wasn’t correct, she stated she fixed the Error.
