My wife and I love this branch and the people who work here! I’ve been with them for 8 years.
The service was quick and effective. On two separate occasions, I was in and out in a matter of 3-5 minutes.
I opened my first account as a child here about 15 years ago with my parents because they had long used M&T so this particular branch was always special to me for this reason. Since then, the staff here have constantly made me wonder why in the world anyone would ever frequent this branch. I’ve had wonderful experiences at other M&T locations but here…it’s like purgatory. Two and half months, they couldn't solve my account problem, still waiting for my new card. I called and went there so many times still they keep sending me to each other, I feel like a ping pong ball! Have money there but can't use it to pay my bills, my medicines and they know I have cancer. "0" star!
