I have been a member of M&T bank for over 40 years. The staff is very friendly, professional and very helpful.
This bank is absolutely horrible! Imagine trying to use your money somewhere and the transaction declines and then the representative Sheila at the bank says “It’s the way of the world” what do I expect her to do?” I simply asked what’s going on and why am I trying to make a purchase and I can’t use my OWN money!!! I’m searching for another bank as we speak! Horrible bank! Horrible Customer Service!! I will be filing a complaint also!
