Absolutely horrible experience - spent hours trying to sort out an account only to have them tell me to call customer service. Get home, realize the bank put my information in wrong, call customer service and I'm told there is nothing they can do and they don't understand why the branch didn't take care of it and that I am going to have to go back into the branch. Oh - and I can't close the account for another 6 months or they charge a $50 fee. And this whole time I have been unable to withdraw any of the money I deposited w... read more
