I needed a new debit card because I screwed up the old one and I figured it would be complicated because I had a new address. But one of the tellers there, Michelle, was so personable and efficient, I was out of the bank in record time. The other reason I like the m and t bank is because they give out change in five dollar bills at the ATM, which is good for tip money. So that's another reason to bank there besides the associates.
The bank did not service my account correctly. I want to complain. They decided to drop me from a small business owner in New York and in the Hamptons for over 15 years. This spa claims to be small business, friendly, but it is not! Beware and stair clear, the low-grade app and technology platform is seriously lacking and will cost time and money!
