An absolutely terrible banking experience through and through. They have made it extremely challenging to close my account as I am trying to switch to a smaller bank that cares more about their customers. It feels like me and my money are being held hostage by this crappy bank.

Came in to get a simple Bank check with funds in my account and the representative help me out and even got me a chair jo Anne was amazing FYI it's in star market
