Although not directly related to the bank services, they should have some parking lot traffic surveillance with a police presence. It has been 2 times that I drive ON the center lane and there comes a car crossing over empty parking spots to get to the next lane, instead of them driving a bit further and going around as they should do. Today there was another car doing the same but farther up from my car. Are they going to wait for an accident to happen to put some surveillance here?
Been coming to this bank for years and it has changed a lot recently. Sylvia and Angel are excellent - quick, friendly and super helpful. Always pleasant and definitely make an effort to know their clients. The place is always clean and the service is always personal.
