This Bank has been the best bank I've ever encountered!
I overheard a customer service rep at the shop city branch tell a customer that if they wanted a higher interest rate they could speak to a financial advisor, and said the products he can sell are FDIC insured. This is not true. I work in banking, and the reason an investment advisor has a separate office in the branch is because those products are NOT FDIC insured. Seems the branch staff could use additional training.
If I could give it zero stars, I would!
