absolutely horrible customer service. left at the window for 20 mins no one came to me . I presses for service several times. they truly suck in that bank.
the people working here who used to be with people's are generally pretty solid. most have expressed displeasure with m&t's aged-out technology and the slow process which look more like wells fargo than people's united. taking my business elsewhere but the people at the branch are usually helpful thus the 3 stars instead of 1
