I had a problem with a service charge. I went to the hope st branch. Was told no, nothing they could do for me. Went to this branch. Theses are the two branchs I use most of time.Leslie was the teller I talk to. She went out of her way to help. set me up with a new checking account and new m&t checks,She took the time and explain everything to me. and help me with the service charge
Very nice environment and the gentleman behind the desk with the accent is one of the most polite people I’ve ever encountered at a bank! Highly recommend this branch
