The service is not good at all. They don't treat me kindly. I arrived 20 minutes before closing time and they treated me HORRIBLY.
Very slow - took me 30+ minutes to do simple wire transfer. It was not busy either but still took forever. I left work to get it done quickly and make it home before school and rush hour traffic hits but them being slow was not helpful at all. Additionally I think they need to add ability to do wire transfers online as going and waiting for people is so not needed when others banks allow you to do it on your own from app or website.
Got to be the worst M&T branch. Long wait times and not so friendly place.
