To make an extremely long story short, I came to this branch for help with an IRA rollover in February 2024. I sat down with the manager and told her I don't know which forms I need, but I trust you'll help me through the process. She did the exact OPPOSITE of that, either out of negligence or stupidity. Not only did she process my rollover entirely wrong, her mistake could cost me thousands to the IRS.
