To make an extremely long story short, I came to this branch for help with an IRA rollover in February 2024. I sat down with the manager and told her I don't know which forms I need, but I trust you'll help me through the process. She did the exact OPPOSITE of that, either out of negligence or stupidity. Not only did she process my rollover entirely wrong, her mistake could cost me thousands to the IRS. I go to this bank a lot. Everyone there is always helpful and nice. They provide fast service with a smile. Great small-town bank!
dont use this bank they closed my account without letting me know... know im late on all my mortgage, credit card payments etc.. i called them to see why they closed my account nobody knows why...
