Everyone seems nice over there but ive been trying to get a Loan for going on 5 days now since the initial appointment granted they were closed 1 of those days. Im Trying to get things figured out and the communication has been poor to say the least. Don't even bother leaving a Voicemail at the Google listed number because they never reply or check the voicemails if I had to guess. This is the absolute worse mortgage lender ever. Save yourself the headache and run to another bank.
I was asked by an employee why I brought so many deposits at one time. There were 5 and not large deposits. It's a work deposit and work is 15 miles oneway from the bank. I kinda thought that was rude.
The worst bank ever customer service is completely lacking. They expect you to call weekly when you travel for a living for work completely ridiculous. No other bank has these issues and for truck drivers. Can’t even use debit card at Walmart it will be blocked every time
Always messes up my transactions, took them forever to help me understand why they mess it up and how I could fix it. Literally listened to them laugh and giggle about my lack of knowledge on how our mortgage account works (being a first time homeowner) instead of just explaining things in a professional manner. Would never choose them as our mortgage lender if I had the choice. Very disappointed .
